Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will coordinate the flow of goods in/out of the warehouse, optimize delivery schedules, manage inventory levels, and communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members and clients to ensure aligned operations. Responsibilities include pick and pack orders, coordinate shipping/receiving activities, safely stock/load/unload materials, assist drivers, monitor inventory, and follow safety protocols. Required skills include bilingual communication, organizational proficiency, attention to detail, problem-solving in logistics, and familiarity with warehouse management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capable of performing all essential job functions
