Job Summary
Loads and unloads goods and supplies ensuring proper handling at all times. Moves materials within the warehouse using a forklift as required. Follows all safety policies and procedures, including wearing steel toe boots. May make deliveries or pick up materials using a company vehicle. Requires strength to lift objects up to 75 pounds and perform duties involving standing, walking, and bending. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- at least one year of experience in a warehouse environment
- strength and stamina to perform the duties of this position (standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, etc.)
- forklift certification (or is willing to obtain our internal certification)
- Effective oral and written skills
- good time management skills

- willingness to wear steel toe boots for safety purposes
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
- Safety/steel toed shoes required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment and with floor coverings
- Sit-down forklift experience
