Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, stock, picking, packing, shipping, and returns of goods; maintain accurate inventory, organize storage areas, and ensure items are properly labeled. Apply value-added services (barcodes, polybags, stickers, hangers) per client packing guidelines; inspect products for defects; prepare outgoing shipments; operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment; follow safety guidelines and company policies; adapt to shifting priorities and support team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience is desired
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior knowledge of warehouse data system (WMS) is desired
- Should be comfortable with the use of scanners and computers
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Fast-paced with attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate
