Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsibilities include inventory management and the daily transfer of HVAC freight and materials in a fast-paced environment. Duties include picking and verifying orders, conducting quality inspections, loading and unloading products for delivery, receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining truck and forklift checklists, and assisting with inventory counts. Qualifications emphasize forklift experience, a valid driver’s license, English proficiency, multi-tasking ability, and adherence to safety and production standards. The role supports dispatch and shipping operations within the Baker Distributing Company HVAC distribution network.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
- Warehouse and/or forklift experience
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid Driver’s License
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and understanding English
