Job Summary
Receive, organize, and put away incoming inventory; accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently while maintaining inventory records with precision. Serve as a backup delivery driver on local routes when needed, following DOT and safety regulations to keep the team and customers protected. Work a 40–45 hour day shift Monday through Friday in De Pere, WI. Join a locally owned wholesale distributor since 1948 where your work is noticed and valued.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
- 21 years or older
- Clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, walking)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work occasional overtime when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Previous delivery experience
