Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document discrepancies while ensuring products are in good condition. Safely store products in designated areas, optimize space utilization, and accurately pick and pack customer orders with proper labeling. Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records and identify discrepancies promptly. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely, conducting routine inspections and maintenance. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment, reporting any concerns immediately. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate such equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina and endurance
- Safety awareness and prioritization of safety
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift certification
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
