Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for inventory control, loss prevention, shipping/receiving documentation, and safe, efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include rotating inventory, preparing shipments, staging and verifying incoming material, operating powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand-crane, etc.), loading/unloading goods, communicating maintenance needs to management, accurately using timekeeping, following safe lifting practices and SOPs, maintaining a clean workspace, and obtaining forklift certification. Requires attention to detail, teamwork, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and adherence to company safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 1+ years of warehouse and forklift experience
- Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug test
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Operate GPS, electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
- Customer service skills and ability to represent the company appropriately
- Forklift certification
