Job Summary
Load and unload products by hand and with forklifts in Ashley’s Distribution & Fulfillment Center. Move materials within the facility, with occasional handling of up to 250 pounds. Operate forklifts or Powered Industrial Vehicles safely, prioritizing personal and coworker safety. Work independently within a large team in a fast-paced environment. Develop familiarity with warehouse scanning systems and basic computer workflows. Read, write, and understand basic communications. Maintain a defined schedule for part-time or full-time shifts. Required Qualifications
- Ability to learn basic warehouse / distribution center scanning systems
- Ability to transport loads up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds
- Ability to operate Forklifts or other powered vehicles safely
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic communications
- Ability to reliably work a defined full time schedule
