Warehouse Associate

As a Sales Team Member / Warehouse Associate at Ashley Furniture, you guide store guests toward products they’ll love, delivering world-class service at the front desk, processing sales orders, and assisting with financing and credit applications. You’ll support inventory management and loss prevention, participate in bi-annual inventory checks, and help open/close the store while aiming to meet and exceed sales KPIs. The role requires being able to lift up to 25 lbs, being at least 18 years old, and being legally authorized to work in the US; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays and a customer-focused, energetic approach are important, along with a commitment to Ashley’s values and customer satisfaction.
