Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Responsible for inventory control, cycle counting, and overall material management in a warehouse setting. Duties include shipping and receiving, conducting visual quality checks, operating forklifts and other equipment, performing manual labor tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, along with 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment. Must possess experience with inventory MRP systems and have strong teamwork and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with inventory MRP systems, Excel, Word, Email
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial warehouse environment
- 2 years’ Inventory control and cycle counting experience
- Ability to lift < 50 pounds
- Experience using a forklift is required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong dependability and attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating overhead cranes and other mobile/heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to read or learn to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of material calculations using basic math skills
