Job Summary
Receive products and fulfill customer orders by safely operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch-wrap equipment. Read, pull, and package small sales orders while properly locating and identifying parts in the warehouse. Package and prepare products for shipment, assist in processing import and domestic containers, and maintain safety, health, and housekeeping standards. Carry out duties in accordance with company and customer requirements to support API International's product and service quality targets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of product handling and packaging techniques
- Must be willing to take courses relating to this position
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and competently (i.e., pallet jacks, stackers, forklifts, stretch-wrap equipment, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator
