Job Summary
Stock, restock, pick, and pack customer orders while performing outbound shipping. Use RF scanning equipment to track, monitor, and verify products for distribution. Conduct daily cycle counts, research discrepancies, and verify received products against documents, reporting any damages or errors. Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries and ensure pharmaceutical safety. Perform repetitive manual tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and walking up to 8 miles per shift. Work Friday through Tuesday or Monday through Thursday shifts with mandatory overtime to enable real-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to work in climate-controlled facility
- Able to read and understand the English language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards
- Motivated, hard-working and dependable
- Able to work the shift hours listed above, plus overtime
- Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Warehouse or Distribution experience preferred (1 year or less)
- Able to work with RF scanning equipment
