Job Summary
Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate product and fleet asset movement. Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity. Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification. Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing. Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and resolve unresolved issues. Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity. This role supports Cencora's distribution services in the US through AmerisourceBergen. Full-time position with shifts including evenings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field
- Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
- Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements
- Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials
- Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations
- Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements
- Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools
- Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions
- Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs
- Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action
- Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy
- Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification
