Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, unloading, organizing shipments; picking, packing, labeling orders; loading/unloading trucks; maintaining clean/high-safety standards; operating forklifts/pallet jacks; and collaborating with team to meet deadlines. Requires ability to lift up to 30lbs, basic math, proficiency with inventory systems, and flexible shifts including nights/weekends. Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; strong teamwork and communication emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs, walk, stand, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and computerized inventory systems is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
- Reading, writing, and arithmetic skills are required
- Ability to work in extreme hot or cold environment
- Position involves standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing
