Job Summary
Warehouse Associate position at Parts ASAP responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations including picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment; receiving and verifying incoming inventory; inspecting for damage; packaging and labeling; forklift and pallet jack operation; building pallets and crates; assisting carriers; maintaining accurate inventory in SAP and performing cycle counts; shipping documentation and cost-effective freight practices; collaboration with teammates and supervisors to ensure accurate orders, safety, and efficient workflow. Requires basic knowledge of agricultural/construction equipment, weighing/labeling equipment, MS Office, and shipping software; forklift certification preferred; high school diploma a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills, effective communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of agricultural/construction equipment
- Basic knowledge of weighing and labeling equipment
- Basic computer experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Shipping software such as FedEx / UPS/Speedee/PaceJet/LISA
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Fork lift certification from a recognized training program
- High school diploma a plus
