Job Summary
Receive and verify all incoming materials against packing lists, preparing goods for dispatch and maintaining proper inventory counts. Weigh and check every item, then pack and label paste, drums, and pots while ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and filed for traceability. Report discrepancies or damages immediately and keep working areas clean, safe, and organized in line with health and safety standards. Operate a forklift to move loads and assist in equipment maintenance. Maintain detailed records to ensure orders are completed on time with correct paperwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting doing shipping and receiving
- Must be able to lift loads of up to approximately 22 kg and carry them over short distances
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Must have experience driving a forklift

- Willing to take the initiative and step up and do jobs as needed and with pride in their work
- Ability to work as a team which includes multi-tasking, flexibility and adaptability with coworkers
- Familiar with preparing orders in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to pull and manipulate heavy charges from time to time
