Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, coordinate trucks and documentation, and manage container inventory levels based on production schedules. Ensure production requirements for supplies, packaging materials, and ingredients are met while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements. Enforce safety policies, address unsafe conditions promptly, and facilitate smooth shift handoffs. Serve as a backup to the Warehouse Supervisor as needed and communicate updates to shift supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and implement corrective actions for operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3 to 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to understand operational challenges
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
