Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate handles Adams Beverages products in the warehouse with duties including order selecting, truck loading/unloading, receiving, inventory management, and dock management. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and/or walkie-riders (certified), using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) via iPod/iPad, maintaining equipment, ensuring loads are built and loaded accurately and safely, rotating stock, and reporting safety concerns. Requires forklift certification (where applicable), basic math, ability to read product dates/labels, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional appearance. Roles may require a 4- or 5-day work week and adherence to safety and company procedures; minimum age 18. Education requirement is a High School Diploma or GED, with physical ability to perform essential duties. Continuation of education programs and safety training are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift certification & experience (for certain roles)
- Ability to read code dates, product labels, and racking labels
- Basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and up to 165 lbs
- Awareness of safety protocols and sanitation standards
