Job Summary

Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct product loading and accurate counts. Operate forklifts or order pickers to retrieve items, then measure, weigh, and count materials. Pack parcels, LTL, and TL shipments while affixing proper shipping and tracking labels per DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Execute quality inspections on containers and products, documenting variances and reporting missing items to the supervisor. Maintain clean work areas and participate in inventory cycle counts as needed. Ensure facilities remain inspection-ready for SQFI and FDA audits.

Required Qualifications

  • Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
  • Pass Background and Drug Screen

Desired Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail
