Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. Roles include identifying products by SKU, noting variances on invoices, maintaining pull cart and staging areas, packing orders securely, tagging shipments, operating pallet jack and dolly, restocking supplies, and assisting with inventory. Must lift 50–100 pounds regularly, follow OSHA and safety practices, work with a team, and maintain inventory accuracy in a warehouse environment. Typical schedule is full-time with availability on Fridays or Saturdays; HS diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
- ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos
- must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- must be able to push/pull 50-100 pounds with tools
- ability to operate dolly and/or pallet jack
- ability to follow safety regulations (OSHA)
- attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and orders
- teamwork and cooperation with coworkers
- strong work ethic and reliability
- fit for physically demanding warehouse tasks
- ability to identify product by sku, size, varietal, and location
- experience with inventory processes and restocking
- ability to prepare for inventory and assist in inventory process
- ability to tag customer orders according to shipment quantity
- ability to maintain neat and orderly racks
- ability to use computer equipment for order processing
- ability to lift and move items up to 100 pounds
- ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- ability to meet the needs of the business including weekend shifts
