Job Summary
Load and unload freight from trailers, containers, pallets, and racks. Pick, pack, sort, and stage products for outbound shipments. Build, wrap, and secure pallets using stretch wrap and other packaging materials. Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment when certified. Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damages or shortages. Accurately move inventory throughout the warehouse while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow OSHA regulations and all company safety policies. Meet daily productivity and quality expectations. Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50–70 lbs consistently
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when needed
- Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience
- Forklift or pallet jack experience
- OSHA certification
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
