Job Summary
Assists with inbound or outbound warehouse activities in Cardinal Health's warehouse operations. Unloads trucks using a pallet jack, checks in products with Manhattan Warehouse Management System, stores products in warehouse locations, picks products, and loads them into outbound trucks. May handle refrigerated products per regulations and perform receiving, storing, packing, and shipping tasks to support efficient product flow from receipt to shipment to internal and external customers. Requires 1-2 years of experience (preferred), High School diploma or GED (or equivalent), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and stand for the shift. Schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 11:30am–10:00pm (or until work is complete), with a new hire sign-on bonus potential and various benefits. The role emphasizes adherence to quality guidelines, SOPs, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
- Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area
- Works on routine assignments that require some problem resolution
- Works within clearly defined SOPs and/or scientific methods
- Adheres to all quality guidelines
- Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience (preferred)
- Experience with inbound/outbound warehouse operations
- Ability to work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday shift times
