Job Summary
The position of Warehouse Associate involves unloading and loading trailers, verifying proper product stacking, and ensuring product is stored within acceptable temperature ranges. Additional responsibilities include maintaining equipment, handling inventory, and operating various warehouse equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to lift heavy items, and work in varying temperature conditions. The role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with assistance
- Work in a temperature range from +50°F to -30°F
- Effective communication, vision, and hearing
- Operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers
