Warehouse Associate - 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damages. Sort, label, and store items according to organizational standards while preparing orders for shipment by assembling and packing materials. Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment, and perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records. Maintain a clean environment by sweeping and disposing of debris, while adhering to safety protocols and operating machinery per manufacturer guidelines. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery and equipment, i.e., forklifts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order fulfillment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures and humidity levels
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar role preferred
- Forklift certification
- Experience with inventory management software
- Prior experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment
