Job Summary
Warehouse Associate needed to operate forklifts and related equipment, perform order picking, loading/unloading of freight, verify outbound orders, conduct inventory cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation. Responsibilities include stocking and repositioning freight, case labeling, using RF scanners, and adhering to safety and housekeeping standards on a Monday–Thursday 4/10 schedule. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2–3 years forklift experience; good English communication and ability to operate warehouse equipment. Starting pay is $20/hour with base range $20.00–$26.46/hour depending on experience and location; benefits include medical/dental/vision/disability & life insurance, 401k with employer match, PTO and holidays, and wellness programs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 to 3 years forklift experience in warehouse environment
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Able to operate a variety of warehouse equipment (forklift, reach lift, electric pallet jacks)
- RF scanners
- Must be able to repetitively lift 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills
