Job Summary
Assist in receiving, stocking, and shipping warehouse items with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities include unloading and stocking products, pulling and preparing customer orders using barcodes/serial numbers, labeling merchandise for shipping, maintaining inventory records, transporting goods to the shipping bay, and loading trucks for delivery. Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (forklifts) to move and organize inventory, while adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean, secure work environment. This is a 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri 1:00 PM–9:30 PM) with occasional overtime. Skills/requirements include basic math, physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and willingness to obtain forklift certification; high school diploma or GED preferred. The job emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Certification or willingness to obtain certification for Powered Industrial Truck operation
- Proficient math skills
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
- Experience with barcodes/serial numbers and order preparation
- Attention to safety policies and procedures
