Job Summary
Stack foam pieces onto pallets for packing, ensuring proper alignment and stability for safe transport. Inspect foam products for defects or quality concerns and report findings to supervisors. Maintain awareness of product quality standards, follow proper inspection procedures, and perform 5S responsibilities including cleaning work areas and organizing materials. Assist in preparing foam materials for shipment or further processing as needed while adhering to all safety protocols. Perform additional production or warehouse tasks as directed by supervisors. This 2nd shift role supports production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Newark, DE, with a pay range of $16.50 per hour. Steel-toed boots are required.

- Ability to lift, carry, and stack materials throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, bend, and move consistently for the duration of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
