Job Summary
Assoc II, Warehouse Ops supports outbound activities under the Warehouse Supervisor, performing tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, and loading to ensure efficient flow of products. Responsibilities include following SOPs to process orders, performing quality checks, assembling and wrapping pallets, driving material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, turret truck), utilizing Warehouse Management System (WMS) for check-in/out, cross-training across warehouse areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to safety policies. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to stand for extended periods, and strong communication skills; prior experience with RF scanners and voice-directed picking is highly preferred. The position supports a 2nd shift (Sunday 12:00pm-10:30pm & Mon, Thu, Fri 3:00pm-1:30am or until completion) with overtime potential. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience operating material handling equipment (Power Industrial Trucks) preferred
- Experience using radio frequency (RF) scanners and/or voice-directed picking systems highly preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime with little to no advance notice as needed
- Willingness to learn and operate various types of material handling equipment and rotate across different areas within the warehouse
