Job Summary
Operate forklifts to assist drivers and receive incoming orders, while pulling orders for tools and inspecting them for proper location. Maintain warehouse organization through shipping and receiving, general housekeeping, and keeping the facility clean. Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and up to Harder Mechanical's quality standards. This role requires taking direction with little oversight, strong math skills, and the ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be 21 or older with 1-2 years of forklift experience.
Required Qualifications

- Experience driving forklifts to assist in loading & unloading trucks
- Must be able to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to crouch
- Must be able to kneel
- Must be 21 +
- 1-2 year of experience operating a forklift
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must pass background and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a driver's license
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must pass a background check
- Must have documented proof of authorization to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Driver's license is a plus but not required
