Job Summary
Warehouse Associate (1st shift) with reach truck experience preferred. Responsibilities include assisting with production needs in the manufacturing plant, picking and pulling material for assembly, performing quality inspections, verifying inbound shipments and product, recording received product in systems or via RF device, and maintaining accurate paperwork and quality records. Must work in a team environment, be self-motivated with high integrity, meet quality standards, and operate material handling equipment safely. Duties also encompass comparing identified information with Bills of Lading/Invoices/Packing Lists, unpacking shipments, documenting damages/shortages, staging goods for stocking, handling paperwork, and fulfilling general production requirements under supervision. Priorities include accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality procedures. Education and SAP/Excel literacy are valued, as well as basic blueprint reading and the ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of operating forklift truck
- Computer experience preferred
- Microsoft Excel knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
- Knowledge of blueprints reading is preferred
