Job Summary
Warehouse Associate role on 1st shift responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations. Requires reading/writing English, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to count and solve simple arithmetic problems
- Must be able to work well with others as a team
- Must be able to understand and execute with the guidance of Lead or Manager with minimal supervision
- Must have basic to intermediate computer skills
- Must work in an organized and safe manner
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
- Attendance must be 98% or better
