Job Summary
Warehouse Associate (1st shift) responsible for picking, packing, manufacturing, assembly, cycle counting, quality assurance, and housekeeping with additional duties in shipping/receiving. On-site role at Houston, TX facility, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday with overtime during peak times. Responsibilities include operating labeling-related equipment, quality control, maintaining clean work area, processing merchandise for customers, moving pallets with pallet jack (occasional forklift), and contributing to continuous improvement. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (or 1 year related experience); physical ability to perform 8-12 hour shifts, lifting up to 50 pounds. Preferred: bilingual Spanish, experience with JD Edwards or ERP systems, picking/fulfilling orders, operating Cherry Picker/Order Selector, forklift or Reach Truck, and shipping scanners. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent or one year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment (in lieu of education).
- Physical capability to work 8-12-hour shifts, stand, and lifting.
