Job Summary
Warehouse Associate, 1st Shift responsible for inbound receiving and outbound shipping, including picking, packing, and loading with material handling equipment. Uses RF scanner/voice-pick, operates various equipment (forklift, reach truck, turret, pallet jack) and follows SOPs to ensure quality, safety, productivity, and accurate inventory. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed; team-oriented with willingness to rotate through warehouse areas and learn WMS usage. Emphasizes adherence to safety policies and inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
