Job Summary
Process incoming inventory, shelf processed stock, ship orders, and perform routine inventory maintenance. Operate pallet jacks, balers, box cutters, and conveyors safely while using computers, tablets, and scan guns for inventory management programs. Maintain a clean workplace, lift 50 lbs throughout shifts, and stand for 8-10 hours. Accept additional tasks as assigned and demonstrate strong attention to detail and communication skills. Work independently and as part of a team while aligning with company values.
Required Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- One (1) year continuous work history
- Ability to use a computer, tablet, scan gun, and various inventory management programs
- Ability to focus on a single task for extended periods of time
- Consistently exhibits a favorable BPH rate or other performance indicia for at least one (1) department
- Meets departmental KPIs
- Ability to use a pallet jack, baler, box cutter, conveyors, and other tools in a safe manner
- Ability to use a computer to check email and utilize the internet
- Ability to stand on feet for 8-10 hours at a time
- Ability to safely climb step stools and ladders
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift, including reaching, stooping, and bending
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses high level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness
- Has a strong work ethic and sense of initiative
- Has the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
