Job Summary
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and tidiness of the work environment while loading and unloading delivery vehicles. Accept inventory, inspect stock for damage, and mark/label materials. Build loads using forklifts and pallet jacks, delivering supplies to job sites and picking up materials from vendors. Process delivery paperwork and assist operations teams during project loading and unloading. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record. Pay starts at $18/hr with potential increases based on experience. First shift runs 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM, subject to schedule changes. Candidates must be 18 or older, physically strong, and available for extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Work experience as general roof laborer, preferably in construction warehouse
- Ability to operate forklift proficiently
- Completion of background investigation and drug screening
- Strong people skills
- Good moral character
- Physically strong, agile and ability to work in all seasons and conditions
- Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance
- Available to work extended hours
- Excellent time management
- Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
