Job Summary
Warehouse Assistant to support fence-company operations by managing inventory, receiving/stocking materials, shipping, and assisting with fence fabrication and installation when needed. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, inspecting and stocking incoming materials, preparing and shipping orders, maintaining accurate records, safely lifting up to 50 lbs, using hand tools and basic power tools, assisting with building/erecting fences, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and supporting other departments as skills grow. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
- Basic understanding of inventory management, or willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
- Previous warehouse, construction, or fencing experience is a plus, but not required
