Job Summary
Receive, unload, inspect, label, and store incoming event equipment and supplies. Pull, stage, and prepare orders for upcoming events based on pick lists or production schedules. Load and unload trucks, vans, and trailers while protecting equipment from damage. Clean, test, count, and return equipment to the proper warehouse location after events. Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning, counting, documenting, and reporting discrepancies. Operate pallet jacks, carts, and dollies safely; operate forklifts only if certified. Report damage, missing, or unsafe equipment immediately. Follow company safety procedures, including proper lifting, PPE use, and housekeeping. Support event crews, drivers, production teams, and vendors with warehouse-related needs. This onsite role in Doral, FL requires early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds, with assistance for heavier items
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, squat, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
- Comfortable working around trucks, loading docks, pallets, staging areas, and warehouse equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change based on event schedules
- Ability to read pick lists, labels, schedules, and basic warehouse documentation
- Basic computer, tablet, or scanning-device skills for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license preferred, depending on company needs
- Forklift certification is preferred; employer may provide training where applicable
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous warehouse, event production, logistics, moving, staging, audiovisual, rental, or inventory experience preferred but not required
