Job Summary
Unload raw materials, ensure safe and efficient storage with accurate records, and fulfill production needs by transporting materials to designated areas. Transport finished goods to the warehouse, record accurate counts and production varieties, and safely store items until shipment. Assemble orders for shipment, prepare shipping documentation, record product flow, and load for shipment. Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety and complete other projects as assigned by the production manager. Operate warehouse mobile equipment safely while tolerating temperature variations and prolonged standing on concrete floors.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid State Driver's License
- Understanding and application of RFID scanning systems
- Ability to safely operate all warehouse mobile equipment
- Normally 1-2 years production experience in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- Previous work effectively with records containing numerical detail
- Proficient in English
- Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Tolerate exposure to temperature variation
- Safely operate any required mobile equipment
- Occasional repetitious tasks with upper extremities
- Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor
- Attention to detail
- Ability to correctly wear and use personal protective equipment
Desired Qualifications
