Job Summary
Mobilise and demobilise project equipment through the warehouse and port locations, receiving, unloading, and inspecting purchased goods and Company Provided Items for compliance. Coordinate logistics and customs documentation for domestic and international shipments, preparing manifests, packing lists, and consignment paperwork while liaising with freight forwarders, marine agents, and suppliers. Maintain inventory records and asset registers using electronic systems, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure safe handling of goods and Dangerous Goods. Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely, support goods receipting, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety throughout storage areas.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Forklift Licence
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Sound understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage competing priorities
- Only shortlisted applicants with full Australian working rights
Desired Qualifications
- Qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or a related field (preferred)
- Experience using electronic inventory or warehouse management systems
