Job Summary

Operate and drive company vehicles while loading/unloading construction supplies and transporting materials to jobsites. Maintain warehouse organization, clean and store tools and equipment, and perform setup/cleanup tasks including demolition and debris disposal. Direct traffic for public safety, install job safety boards, and manage vehicle maintenance records. Learn to oversee the ShareMyToolbox program for tool tracking and billing. Follow CVG safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain OSHA 10/30 certification. Work nights and weekends as needed across construction sites, warehouses, and between locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, often on uneven terrain or in active construction zones.
  • Requires climbing ladders, scaffolding, and stairs to inspect work at various heights.
  • Must frequently lift and carry materials, tools, and equipment, weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Regular bending, kneeling, squatting, or crawling to perform tasks at ground level or in confined spaces.
  • Must have good visual acuity for precision cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
  • Must be able to recognize potential hazards.
  • Clear hearing is needed to communicate in noisy environments, follow safety protocols, and recognize potential hazards.
  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and wind.
  • Must comply with the provisions of our Auto/Fleet Safety program with a current valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
  • Experience with industry hand tools and power tools is preferred.
  • OSHA 10/30 certified, preferred.
  • Completion of CPR and First Aid training is preferred.
