Job Summary
Fulfill sales orders, monitor parts intake and disposition, and facilitate documented order fulfillment. Receiving and load UPS, FedEx, and freight shipments while verifying order accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment safely, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain accurate inventory, report out as required, and identify efficiency improvements using Lean tools. Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines and process paperwork as needed. Full-time position Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree / GED
- 1+ year of professional work experience, inventory and warehouse experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work within an inventory system or willingness to learn
- Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices
- Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Required to frequently sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move 50 pounds, sit; stoop, bend and kneel
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
