Job Summary
Warehouse Assistant/Driver role with a locally owned HVAC manufacturer’s representative in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include shipping/receiving duties (unloading trucks, matching purchase orders to sales orders, distributing), reading and processing orders (customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, requisitions), operating a forklift, moving materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas, organizing stock by size/type/color/code, delivering with a 16ft delivery truck around the greater San Antonio area, assembling customer orders onto pallets, processing daily sales in the computer system, handling COD/COS payments, coordinating with sales on orders and issues, performing basic facilities maintenance, preparing parcels for shipping, counting inventory, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and upholding customer relationships and company ethics. Some duties may change over time. 2+ years delivery driving and warehouse distribution experience is preferred but not required.
