Job Summary
The Warehouse and Project Inventory Coordinator will maintain tools and equipment inventory, keep the warehouse organized, and provide logistical support for repair programs. This full-time position involves physically demanding tasks and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Basic familiarity with home repair equipment and tools
- Strong organizational skills, including paperwork (tracking receipts, hours etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Ability to manage time effectively
- High degree of flexibility
- Maintain a Salesforce inventory tracking system
- Strong teamplayer
- Strong customer service mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and with patience with members of marginalized and vulnerable populations
- Reliable transportation, valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds without assistance
- Pass a background check and fingerprinting
- Fluent in English (read, write, and speak)
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Proven success working in a team environment
- RRP and/or OSHA training
- Computer proficiency – Google applications (Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
- Knowledge of Peninsula
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
Additional Requirements
- Must pass a background check and fingerprinting
- Valid California driver’s license and proof of insurance required
