Job Summary
Warehouse and Production Supervisor responsible for maintaining inventory in the Escondido warehouse, supervising a 2–4 person production team, pulling and loading materials for daily deliveries, organizing the warehouse for accessibility, and completing auditable records (packing slips, pick lists, job close out). Responsibilities include using a computer system to issue/receive material, setting daily production schedules, fulfilling orders, boxing/labeling, and loading materials onto trucks for delivery, with a 40-hour work week from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm in a hands-on, team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must have a forklift certificate
- Must be able to drive a 24 ft box truck and must possess a valid driver’s license
- Experience in operating forklifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrapper machines
- Must be able to handle/lift materials weighing up to 50 lb.
- Familiarity with order entry and shipping software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
