Job Summary
Lead end-to-end warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations for the Ciudad Juárez manufacturing facility to ensure uninterrupted production support and on-time customer deliveries. Oversee internal warehouse activities and third-party logistics for a team of approximately 30 associates while managing just-in-time requirements. Own site logistics strategy by optimizing transportation, inventory management, and costs through analytical capabilities and strategic carrier negotiations. Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customs to strengthen cost controls and improve operational performance. Drive logistics transformation initiatives that reduce freight and warehousing costs and establish standardized processes supporting long-term scalability.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced conversational English
- Proven experience leading warehouse, transportation, and logistics operations within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success driving logistics transformation, operational improvements, and measurable cost reduction initiatives
- Strong experience managing carrier relationships, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and transportation operations
- Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and ERP/MRP systems
- Working knowledge of Customs and IMMEX processes
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience managing logistics KPIs, freight spend, and operational performance
- Continuous Improvement mindset with experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence principles
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of making sound decisions in fast-paced, customer-driven environments
