Job Summary
Receive inbound shipments and physically move approved production materials from staging areas into storage locations. Pick, pack, and ship parts to support outbound requests while performing other systemic transactions. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring compliance with FIFO rotation, safety, and quality policies. Communicate material movement statuses via email to internal customers. Support cycle counts and complete ad-hoc tasks as required for this growing startup.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs
- Able to use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Demonstrates effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking, the ability to self-manage
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing electromechanical inventory
- Experience with Dangerous Goods shipments
- Experience with inventory management and other ERP systems
