Warehouse and Distribution, Operations Specialist

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP, monitor order status, and proactively communicate updates to clients. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery, while resolving inquiries and complaints related to orders, shipments, and returns. Maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate on resolving discrepancies and inventory issues, and generate reports to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and support continuous improvement initiatives within the order management process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution.
