Warehouse and Delivery Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise warehouse and delivery operations across three Southwest-region locations, overseeing end-to-end processes from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment, route coordination, and final customer delivery. Provide direct leadership to warehouse and delivery personnel; manage route coverage, deliveries, and warehouse support; ensure inventory accuracy, safety, accountability, and high-level customer service. Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, and Sales to align priorities, identify process improvements, and drive efficiency and service levels while maintaining compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements (DOT, OSHA).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- HazMat endorsement
- Five (5) years of experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery, or distribution operations
- Experience leading or supervising employees in warehouse/delivery/operations
- Experience with order fulfillment, warehouse receiving, inventory control, and customer delivery execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage schedules, routes, and daily operational priorities
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and delivery equipment
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and wear a respirator
