Warehouse Analyst

Manage warehouse order management, picking, and loading while maintaining punctuality for receiving, issuance, and dispatching. Implement Quality Assurance policies, develop the yearly expenses budget, and oversee ambient and cold store operations to maximize resource utilization. Ensure inventory record accuracy through regular cycle counts, physical inventory coordination, and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) follow-up. Train the operations team on company procedures, define KPI metrics, and lead weekly operation projections for stock and inbound/outbound planning. Comply with HACCP, Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, including 5S standards and sustainability guidelines, while minimizing repair mean time through effective line presence.
