Job Summary
Warehouse Associate at Airgas in Nashville, TN. Responsibilities include loading cylinders on vehicles using a hand truck, chain hoist, or forklift; inspecting cylinders for surface defects; supporting warehousing, shipping, and receiving operations; safely operating a forklift and assisting with loading/unloading compressed gas and liquid cylinders; sorting and palletizing cylinders; inspecting and documenting incoming/outgoing shipments; replacing safety valves and labels; ensuring accuracy of invoices and paperwork; and contributing to a safe, compliant workspace while delivering customer service and efficient logistics. Requires ability to work both independently and in a team, and adherence to safety policies; preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification.
